I thought this an appropriate blog. I was up one night. Lack of sleep deprevation caused and brought me into deep thought. So i decided to write down what God was speaking to me.
What Jesus came to do and what He did do was tear down the old way. The old way was stained with the curse of the law and the like. It was stained with the absence of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, no true dwelling place for God to enter man and recreate man into a new species. Thus man could not truly escape his nature, the blood that flowed through man under the father of man, the world. A child gets all of his blood from his father. Thus before Jesus came and brought forth the new order, that is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that could dwell in man and change man and give man righteousness through grace, man was still getting his blood from the world. Man was still a part of this world. The old covenant could not atone for sin, it just satisfied and pacified sin and held it back, it did not at all atone for sin and get rid of it, the wrath of God was not satisfied at all in any way .This old way was cut down. It was no longer about flesh and blood, right of birth along with status and if you were Jewish. The meaning of being a Jew would also be trans-mutated. (The Alchemy of God) As well as Israel itself. (What I mean by Israel is that Israel represents the dwelling place of Gods people on earth. Israel is not in rock and stone, it is the people of God, His church, that is the body of Christ upon the earth.) Now since the old way, the old man as it may be called was killed. Birth right, flesh and blood as well as the letter of the law was rendered void. Finally Gods people could have a dwelling with God and God could have a dwelling with man, within each other. The New Covenant did away with the law, the Law of Moses which was for sinners and not grace given Christians. John the Baptists' ministry was of repentance. Jesus' ministry was of grace. The old way, the Law of Moses was for sin and the righteousness of Jesus was for the saved, His chosen elect, those who were and are called by the destiny of God.
